1. Zapier
The Swiss army knife of SaaS integration tools, Zapier allows you to seamlessly connect platforms together even if there are no official integrations.
Zapier works with over 6,000 different platforms and apps. It’s super simple to build workflows within the system – just drag and drop.
Let’s say your sales team use Calendly to book appointments with potential clients. You can hook it up with Slack, so you get a message immediately if a meeting is booked or canceled. This means you’re always up to date!
Here’s another way you can use Zapier. If you’ve set up lead ads on Facebook, you can automatically port the details into your customer relationship management (CRM) system of choice, ready for your sales team to access!
2. LinkedIn Sales Navigator
If you’re selling SaaS software solutions, LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a must. Over four out of five people on LinkedIn drive business decisions. Sales Navigator means you can reach out to them, even if you’re not connected.
The beauty of Sales Navigator is that you can hook it up to your CRM system, meaning you don’t have to manually input your leads after a day of prospecting.
You can even view LinkedIn profile information directly in your CRM. As a result, you save time by not having to switch between two systems constantly.
3. MailChimp
MailChimp originally started as a simple email marketing platform. However, over time, it’s gradually become more advanced, offering a wide range of tools and integrations you can use to enhance your SaaS marketing.
This platform integrates with your CRM system, meaning you can keep tabs on which potential clients have opened your email campaigns and clicked on your calls-to-action.
We also love that it integrates with your Canva account, as you can add your images directly to your Mailchimp templates in just one click. That’s a real timesaver!
4. Unbounce
A good landing page can work wonders for your SaaS business. There are a lot of fantastic landing page builders out there, and one of our favorites is Unbounce.
Unbounce offers lots of free integrations to boost the functionality of your new landing page. You can hook it up to Calendly to offer meeting scheduling to clients, or Stripe so customers can purchase your product there and then.
It also integrates with Typeform and Jotform too, meaning you can create user-friendly forms that drive conversions.
5. Google Ads Editor
We’re not sure if this is technically an integration, but we love it so much that we’re going to include it anyway!
One of the downsides of Google Ads is that it’s hard to make bulk changes to your campaigns. This can mean you spend a lot of time tweaking and optimizing your keywords and ad groups.
Google Ads Editor is a free tool you download to your desktop. You can work on your Google Ads accounts offline, make changes in bulk, and the amends will automatically update online when you’re done.
Prefer Microsoft Advertising? It has its own version that you can download! Check out Microsoft Advertising Editor.
6. Buffer
Developing a social media presence for your SaaS business is hard. You need to plan your messaging, develop eye-catching content that stops the scroll, and respond to any questions your followers have.
Buffer is one of the best social media management tools. It has so many different integrations you can use to save time. You can create and import images directly from Canva, use OpenAI to help you with your copy, and shorten and track your links in Bitly.
If you need help finding cool content to share, Quuu is a fantastic tool to take advantage of. Create an account, and Quuu will use AI to find exciting things to post about, adding them directly to your Buffer stream!
7. Zendesk
Customer experience is everything in the world of SaaS – treating potential customers well and answering their queries can mean you win the sale over your competitors.
Zendesk offers a comprehensive all-in-one solution. You can chat with customers on your website, offer helpdesk functionality and provide detailed FAQ sections that answer all their questions.
The Zendesk SaaS integration stack is pretty impressive. You can link your helpdesk to Instagram, making it easy to respond to DMs and post comments, as well as Google Chat and Slack. We love the vast array of translation tools on offer. It means you can solve your customer’s problems even if you don’t speak their language.
8. Tableau
Google Analytics is brilliant for focusing in on data and making business decisions. However, if you run a SaaS sales and marketing team, you might need something with a bit more oomph. Business intelligence tools like Tableau can help you make data-driven decisions, using AI to identify trends and future opportunities.
Tableau is powered by Salesforce, meaning you can use the two together to suggest the next steps to take when dealing with potential customers. The platform works with other systems like Excel, Google Sheets, and BigQuery too. This means you can pull data from a wide range of sources and make it easy to identify what your customers want.
