You will primarily work with your team leader, who you will meet with and communicate with regularly. However, you will also collaborate closely with other team members as part of a supportive team environment. Even though you may work from different locations, you will have opportunities to interact with team members on client projects and provide backup support for each other during vacations. You are never alone!

Yes, there will be a comprehensive onboarding process when you begin working with us. At Aimers we understand the importance of a smooth and structured onboarding experience, so we have designed a program that will help you quickly integrate into our team and be able to contribute to the team as soon as possible.
We have a streamlined workflow process, designed for easy collaboration and preventing informational overload and burnout. Our tasks are conveniently organized via ClickUp, where we do the most of our work. We share our knowledge with team members by writing posts in Tettra and use Slack for company-wide announcements, or if we need to ocassionaly instant message someone. We avoid unnecessary meetings, but make the most out of those that we hold regularly / our regular meeting structure. Teams have a short daily meeting to sync on work tasks, and we also organize a monthly digest meeting to share our progress across the teams.
