Responsibilities

  • Handle written and verbal communication with clients, conduct regular meetings, and present team results and plans;
  • Maintain regular reporting: ensuring operational transparency and presenting results to the client;
  • Immerse oneself in the client's business: studying their product and market to understand true objectives, design a strategy, and impact the bottom line;
  • Build trust-based relationships, manage client expectations, and proactively mitigate risks;
  • Coordinate team efforts: helping to prioritize and structure tasks to meet client requirements;
  • Expand the portfolio: identifying opportunities for cross-selling/upselling on existing projects and participating in pre-sales as an expert.
  • Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in client management/account management focusing on Western markets;
  • Proven track record in Upselling, with a demonstrated ability to identify opportunities for expanding client collaboration;
  • C1+ English proficiency (fluent negotiation, strong storytelling, and advanced presentation skills);
  • Experience in complex negotiations, championing team interests, setting realistic client expectations, and proactively managing risks;
  • Strong client orientation with a focus on uncovering and addressing customer needs;
  • Result-driven mindset: ability to grasp the core of a client's request and identify the underlying business problem that needs solving;
  • Self-motivated and organized, with the ability to independently plan, analyze, and coordinate both individual and team workflows to achieve key results.
