We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Account Manager to join our dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be responsible for managing client accounts, collaborating on strategic planning, and driving measurable success through digital advertising campaigns.

Responsibilities

- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, representing their interests and acting as the face of our company;

- Collaborate with clients to align on project goals, plans, and strategies;

- Identify client needs, gather feedback, and ensure high levels of client satisfaction;

- Prepare detailed performance reports and engage in business negotiations;

- Maintain consistent communication with clients, simplifying technical updates from the team into easily understood terms;

- Delegate tasks to the team based on client requests and ensure timely completion of deliverables;

- Manage and update client profiles with the latest information on project progress and outcomes;

- Participate in company-wide initiatives and contribute to improving internal processes.

Requirements

- Minimum 1 year of experience in customer service;

- Strong interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for engaging with and assisting clients;

- Proficiency in English at Upper-Intermediate level or higher (essential for daily written and verbal communication with clients);

- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities, including business writing, professional communication etiquette, and relationship building with clients;

- A client-focused approach, adept at identifying needs and handling potential conflict situations with ease;

- Proven ability to plan, analyze, and coordinate team activities to achieve project goals;
