Solution

  • Solution #1: The PB services website has many forms that require proper tracking. We made sure to configure macro and micro conversion goals for each form so that we can measure the effectiveness of the website.
  • Solution #2: We researched and created a list of keywords in two languages based on their search volume in different regions. We also created ads in two languages and grouped them according to best practices, to ensure relevance and quality. It was important to divide the ad groups not only by language, but also by the company's services, as the range is broad. The team prepared several ad copy options and ran A/B tests to find out the best-performing assets. 
  • Solution #3: To better manage bids and costs, we tested different target locations in separate ad campaigns. Analyzing the statistics and getting client’s feedback on leads quality, we managed the list of countries, excluding the ones that drove irrelevant traffic.

Results

Over the past 12 months, the conversions grew by +119,5% while the cost per conversion decreased by 36,3%.

We set the KPIs at the project's outset, and we have consistently met them throughout our collaboration.
