Responsibilities

Manage the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, build a culture of trust, develop talent through candid feedback, and drive employee retention;

Monitor and balance team workload, track project quality and health, and flexibly reallocate resources in response to changing requirements;

Maintain reporting that reflects team performance and enables accurate resource and workload forecasting.

Requirements

2+ years of experience managing teams of 5 or more people;

Proven experience working with and leading remote teams;

Strong facilitation skills for team events (daily stand-ups, retrospectives, etc.) and a proven track record of conducting high-quality 1-on-1 meetings;

Hands-on experience with performance evaluation methodologies (Performance Reviews, 360-degree feedback), as well as employee motivation and retention strategies;

Strong business acumen combined with an analytical mindset;

English proficiency at a B1 level or higher.
