Responsibilities
- Talent Management: Overseeing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding, fostering a culture of trust, driving talent development through candid feedback, and boosting retention
- Project & Resource Management: Balancing team workloads, monitoring project quality and overall health, and flexibly reallocating resources as priorities shift
- Analytics: Maintaining reporting that highlights team performance and supports accurate workload forecasting
Requirements
Nice to have:
- Understanding of performance marketing channels (Google Ads, Meta Ads, etc.)
- Experience using AI tools to automate personal and team workflows
- 2+ years of experience leading teams of 5 or more people
- Proven track record of managing remote teams
- Experience facilitating team events (daily standups, retrospectives, etc.) and conducting effective 1:1 meetings
- Hands-on experience with performance evaluation frameworks (Performance Reviews, 360° feedback), employee motivation, and retention strategies
- Strong business acumen and an analytical mindset
- English level: B1 or higher
