Responsibilities

  • Manage negotiations at all stages of the sales process—identify lead needs and potential, present the agency and its services effectively, handle objections, and close deals.
  • Analyze the effectiveness of current sales strategies.
  • Develop upsell and cross-sell strategies to increase average check size and customer LTV.
  • Optimize CRM usage, automate processes, and analyze reports.
  • Participate in the development and implementation of new outbound strategies (LinkedIn, email campaigns, etc.).
  • Collaborate with marketers to improve the quality of inbound leads.
  • Optimize lead management strategies, reduce response time, and improve conversion rates.
  • Analyze the sales funnel and key metrics, identify growth opportunities, and propose improvements.

Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Experience in B2B sales in the international market.
  • Deep understanding of the sales process and funnel.
  • Strong analytical skills.
  • Experience in optimizing and improving sales department processes.
