Responsibilities

  • Working with lead generation on Upwork;
  • Competent communication with leads up to the handover stage to the Account Executive, including leads coming from other sources;
  • Assisting in preparing the Account Executive for intro calls by effectively passing on necessary information;
  • Qualifying incoming leads, identifying primary needs, and determining whether they fit the ICP (Ideal Customer Profile);
  • Ensuring quality work and maintaining order in the CRM;
  • Working on improving our Upwork profile;
  • Working with data and metrics.

Requirements

  • At least 1 year of experience in sales with international clients (agencies, SaaS, IT, or tech companies);
  • Experience with daily written communication in English, with an English proficiency level of B2 or higher;
  • Strong sales mindset;
  • Understanding of digital marketing principles and how an agency model works;
  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work in a multitasking environment;
  • Client communication skills: structured, polite, and prompt responses tailored to an international audience;
  • Experience using AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT) to streamline daily tasks—such as communication, research, drafting messages, etc.

Will be an advantage:

  • Experience working with Upwork.
