Responsibilities
- Lead the full cycle of sourcing and recruitment (Account managers, PPC specialists, etc.);
- Optimize processes and implement new approaches to recruitment;
- Track key recruiting performance indicators and analyze metrics;
- Interact with business unit managers on recruitment matters.
Requirements
- English - B1;
- Experience of 2 years or more in a similar position/company;
- High communication skills;
- Attention to people and work.
Will be an advantage: 1+ year of experience in a similar role at an IT company or digital agency.
