Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle projects for SaaS and Tech companies across the US, Canada, Western Europe, and Australia.
  • Develop full-funnel strategies and lead the team in scaling projects to consistently meet and exceed client business metrics.
  • Mentor the team and enhance technical proficiency by overseeing account quality and providing hands-on guidance across all project stages.
  • Conduct comprehensive audits of ad accounts (both internal and during the pre-sale phase) to identify strategic growth opportunities.
  • Optimize workflows by integrating AI tools and automation to drive departmental efficiency.
  • Drive departmental growth through active involvement in talent acquisition, hiring, and onboarding.
  • Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in a PPC agency in Senior or Tech Lead roles.
  • Expert-level proficiency in Google Ads and Meta Ads; hands-on experience with LinkedIn Ads, Microsoft Ads, Reddit, and other platforms.
  • Advanced Analytics: Proven track record working with GA4, GTM, and CRM systems.
  • Systematic approach to experimentation: Experience developing A/B testing frameworks for creatives, landing pages, and bidding strategies.
  • Deep expertise in SaaS and B2B: Strong understanding of long sales cycles and complex lead funnels.
  • Data-driven mindset: Ability to build full-funnel strategies and make decisions based on their impact on bottom-line business results.
  • AI Integration: Experience using and optimizing workflows with AI-powered tools.
  • English Proficiency: Level B1 (Intermediate) or higher.
